— OUR APPROACH

We fix the cause, not just the symptom.

A tripped breaker, dead outlet, flickering light, or loss of power can have more going on behind it than you can see. Our electrical troubleshooting starts with finding out what’s actually causing the problem.

We’ll show you what we find, explain your options, and help you decide what makes sense for your home.

— COMMON QUESTIONS

What homeowners ask us.

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

Usually it’s an overloaded circuit, a short, or a failing breaker — all three look the same from the panel. We test the circuit to confirm which one it is before recommending a fix.

Is a burning smell from an outlet dangerous?

Yes. A warm outlet, burning smell, sparking, or discoloration can be a sign of an electrical issue that should be addressed promptly. Stop using the outlet and have it inspected by a licensed electrician. If you see smoke or fire, leave the home and call 911.

How fast can you get here for an urgent repair?

We respond the same day to every service request. We’ll talk through what’s happening and let you know the earliest time we can get an electrician to you.

Why did an outlet suddenly stop working?

A dead outlet could be caused by a tripped breaker or GFCI, a loose connection, a damaged receptacle, or another issue on the circuit. If resetting the breaker or GFCI doesn’t solve it, it’s time to have the circuit checked.
